These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the f999 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any f999 services.

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at f999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Each deposit will be credited to the account after the transaction is completed successfully.
• Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits.
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Depositing funds from fraudulent or illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount from f999 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 below for details).
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• f999 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request if unusual activity is suspected on a user's account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

f999 offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. After receiving the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed before it can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, a total wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus must be used within a specified period. Once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — certain games or categories may be excluded.
• If a user is found to be abusing a bonus, f999 may cancel that bonus and review the account.
• f999 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw the bonus programme at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

The f999 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, calculated as a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Once cashback is credited to the account, its own withdrawal rules apply.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on f999 — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are governed by both the individual provider studio's rules and f999's general rules.

• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is sourced from reliable sources and published as a maximum figure.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void.
